Terms and Conditions

At Zoë Robyn Jewellery, we work hard to ensure our store policies are fair and honest. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, don’t hesitate to get in touch so we can help you further.

Order Time Scale

All of our pieces are bespokely made to order, meaning there will be a 2 to 4 week wait for your piece of jewellery to be made. However, depending on the volume of orders at the time, in some circumstances this can be sooner.

For any pieces that require hallmarking please alow 4 to 5 weeks. Due to posting the item to be hallmarked to the London Assay Office.

For Stone set pieces please allow 3 to 5 weeks. If you need a piece of jewellery within a tighter time scale, please contact me directly prior to placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All of our pieces are posted using the Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 Service or Special Delivery. Either of these can be chosen as an option when placing your order.

If you require your order to be sent using a different service, please contact us prior to placing your order!

Return Policy

All of our jewellery is refundable for 30 days after the purchase date, as long as it is unworn and returned in the original packaging and wrapping.

The cost of postage incurred by returning the item to us is not covered or reimbursed by us.
A refund will only be processed once the item has been received by us, we recommend sending the item via a tracked or signed for service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Exclusions:

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings and pierced jewellery are non refundable

Personalised Jewellery/Bespoke Orders

We are unable to offer a refund on a personalised jewellery order or bespoke orders, as this item was made to suit your needs.

Ring Sizing

If you have ordered the incorrect ring size, alterations to the size can possibly be done, at an additional charge starting from £10.

If you are unsure of your sizing please contact me to discuss the best way to determine this, or to book in for a ring sizing.
